What is Redberry Bible Camp?

We are an Mennonite Brethren Saskatchewan Camp located 90 km NW of Saskatoon. Our programs are based on Jesus Christ’s command to make disciples. Through summer programing and staff development, we aim to share God’s love, life, and forgiveness through the Good News of Jesus. Our Mission Statement is as follows; “To communicate the Good News of Jesus Christ through the uniqueness of a camp experience. As a camp we follow the Saskatchewan Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches Confession of Faith. To see this Confession of Faith Click Here.

Redberry’s History

Redberry Bible Camp was established in 1943 and was first known as Sand Beach Bible Camp on Lake Mistawasis. The first summer of Sand Beach Bible Camp saw 75 campers. In 1952 the camp was moved to its current location at Redberry Lake and its name was changed to Redberry Bible Camp. That year, Redberry served 250 campers. In 1975, Redberry had its first full time Director in Reuben Andres, father to the current Executive Director Wendell Andres. Redberry Bible Camp has changed, and grown, a lot since 1943. The camp now has around 1,100 campers during the summer months.
