Advance Team
Advance team is the team that is out at camp in the spring before camp begins! They are tasked with getting ready for the summer. This looks like work projects, hosting rental groups, and preparing for individual summer roles. The majority of time is spent doing work projects such as clearing brush, repairing damaged areas of camp, cleaning in preparation for rentals, and getting amped up for summer!

Advance team is for older staff members who are ready and willing to accept more responsibility at camp. This group sets the tone for the summer, acting as role models to the younger staff and reliable leaders to the campers.
Pay for Advance Team staff members is $300/week. Work hours are from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Staff live together out at camp, building one another up, learning to live communally, and growing closer to Jesus together.
