2026 Redberry Run Registration & Waiver

LOCATION: Redberry Bible Camp or wherever you are!

RUN START TIME: 10:00AM

To participate in this years Redberry Run please fill out the following registration and waiver form. You may fill out one form for your whole family as long as all the information is the same.

Note to All Participants:

• Runners/Walkers/Bikers can choose from a 2, 5, or 10 kilometre run.

  • If you choose to bike you will need to supply your own bikes.

• If you are under 18 you MUST have a parent or guardian sign the waiver and release form.

  • If you are under 15 you MUST have a parent or guardian accompany you.

• Approach friends and neighbours for sponsorship. Explain why you are participating and ask them to support you. Collect pledges using the below pledge form.

  • Sponsors can donate by:

    • Cash - given to you at time of pledge

    • Cheque (made out to Redberry Bible Camp) - given to you at time of pledge

    • E-Transfer sent to accounting@redberrybiblecamp.com

    • Credit Card through link on our website

  • If a sponsor chooses to pledge online record it as an unpaid pledge.

• When filling out the pledge forms:

  • Fill out the information COMPLETELY. We need an email address and mailing address to send out donation tax receipts.

  • Encourage sponsors to give you their donation when filling out the pledge form.

    • If they are donating online please get a confirmed amount.

• After collecting all your pledges, bring them with you to the Run or contact us to arrange for transferring of pledge for and monies.

Tax Receipt Information:

• Receipts will only be issued for donations of $20 or more.

• Donor’s name, email, and address must be complete and legible to receive a tax receipt.

• Donations must be received by December 31st, 2026 to receive a 2026 tax receipt.

Redberry will not use any of your information for any purpose other than processing tax receipts.
